We are seeking a professional Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Vancouver team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Prepare and draft various correspondence and documents
 Maintain an efficient electronic file management and bring forward system
 Interact with clients by phone and in person
 Conduct searches
 Time entry, general administrative tasks
 Book court dates and communicate with court registries, book discoveries and prepare required documentation
 Organize and assemble chambers records, books of authorities, appeal records and appeal books


REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a litigation firm
 Legal Administrative Assistant certification from an accredited institution
 Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word
 Detail oriented
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Strong organizational skills
 Ability to function well under pressure, manage a high volume of work, and multi-task
 Ability to take initiative and think ahead
 Positive and willing attitude
 Demonstrated commitment to privacy and ethical conduct
 Flexibility to work overtime
