Caitlin joined Arvay Finlay in 2025 after clerking for six justices of the BC Supreme Court. She has a broad interest in constitutional litigation and administrative law. Caitlin completed her J.D. at the University of British Columbia and was awarded the Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella Prize as the graduate most likely to positively influence equity and social justice.
During her studies, Caitlin pursued her passion for human rights through her involvement with the Pacific Centre for Environmental Law and Litigation, the PACE Society Legal Clinic, and her work as a family law advocate for immigrants and refugees. Caitlin’s interest in public law was furthered by her participation in the Wilson Moot, where her team placed second and she was recognized as the top individual oralist.
Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa. She previously worked on foreign policy issues as a Desk Officer at Global Affairs Canada.
